..and for gawd sake..WEAR GLOVES!! when working with the peppers!
Cut peppers in half and clean out most of the seeds..depending on how hot ya like em..I usually leave 5 or 6 seeds per 1/2 pepper
-stuff with cream cheese
-wrap in 1/2 slice of bacon..held in place with a tooth pick..bake or bbq @ 350..for about 20 min..or untill bacon is cooked..mmm
